Our Oceanside accident attorneys know that drivers sometimes panic after a car accident. But if cause an automobile accident, the best thing to can do is stay and check on the other driver or passengers. You just have to accept responsibility if you get into a car accident. There will be harsh legal consequences if you are caught doing so. That’s why it’s important to have a good insurance policy for your car.
Aguilar-Hernandez’s pickup truck apparently mounted a curb and could have rolled over before hitting a large building at El Camino High School. The Vista, California resident died at the scene according to officials at the Medical Examiner’s Office.
Our car accident lawyers believe that if a person is at fault for a car accident, that person should face the consequences of their accident. If it becomes a legal matter, then a judge will have to decide if their actions deserve punishment.
