A Pennsylvania husband and wife were both charged with drunken driving in the same car crash after their car hit a tree. Robert Kotoff Sr. and Tina Kotoff were charged with drunken driving when police discovered their car in a nearby mobile home park.

However, Robert Kotoff claimed he was driving when the car hit the tree. Either way, both were given DUI charges for their drunk driving accident.
The Kotoffs agreed to enter the first-time offender program on Monday. Both will lose their driver’s licenses for 60 days, but will have their records cleaned if they complete the probation program.
