In Los Angeles, California, a man and his wife panicked after their car ran into two college students, in a pedestrian accident that tragically turned into a wrongful death.
Jose Luna, 32, is the man accused of being involved in the hit-and-run automobile death of a University of Southern California student. Luna claims that he and his wife, Claudia Cabrera, 30, panicked after their car slammed into two people, but insists the car crash was an accident.

Authorities have accused Luna of pulling Garfinkle off the hood of his car after the pedestrian accident and dumping him in the street near a firehouse after his wife allegedly ran a red light near the college campus.
